There are two possible reasons:

1. Your photo doesn't meet our requirements.

You must upload a clear, front-facing image under 10MB. Photos with blocked faces will be rejected. Don’t worry — you’ll be notified if the system can’t detect your face. Please upload a qualified image and try again.

2. Your script contains inappropriate or sensitive content.

We recommend using formal, moderate, and positive language. Content involving illegal or restricted topics — such as abuse, fraud, terrorism, or private data — cannot be used to generate talking avatar videos.

Can I Make Any Picture Talk with AI?

You can turn any photo with a detectable face into a talking head video — not only human faces but also cartoon or animal faces.
